Description: The Powderliner Pencil is an intensely pigmented, dual ended liner for smudge, Smokey looks. The Powderliner Pencil draws a soft, powdery line while the sponge tip blends anc diffuses color.

It is dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested. Non-irritable for eyes.
